1. Planned Parenthood abortionist flies in this week do deliver harm beyond calculation
The days when the Massachusetts abortionist is on site in Waco are this Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday – June 26/27/28. Our Lord calls us to prayer and sidewalk counseling outreach at the Planned Parenthood Regional Abortion Center, 700 W HWY 6.
We ask for your prayers wherever you are for moms to turn to life and love for their babies. Come out anytime on these days from 8 am to 5 pm. You are legally in the public right-of-way if you our outside their tall, ugly fence. The Care Net Pregnancy Center sonogram bus will be just across the street from Planned Parenthood to help turn moms from abortion to life for their babies. On Wednesday, Aine Fitzgerald offers the opportunity for joining in praying the Rosary at 9 a.m. right at the corner of HWY 6 and Sanger.
2. Pedestrian overpass outreach over Valley Mills Dr, Friday, June 28
This is the overpass from which we communicate to the commuter traffic of Central Texas. This is a tremendous outreach opportunity with stop lights on both sides of the overpass. (see link to John’s pictures below).
The event time is 5 to 6:30 PM. The overpass is right at the intersection of Valley Mills Drive with Bagby Avenue. It’s near HEB grocery store. Park on the side opposite from HEB, near Chili’s Restaurant. Since there is no longer an overpass over I-35 near Baylor, let’s use the Valley Mills Drive overpass to the full to communicate to our Texas neighbors.
3. Sidewalk Counseling Training. Saturday, June 29.
You are not too late to take advantage of this educational and motivational opportunity. We must BE pro-life. And, additionally, we must learn to SPEAK pro-life.
This is such a valuable experience for ALL life-defenders.
Sessions facilitated by staff from Care Net Pregnancy Center.
DATE: Saturday, June 29
TIME: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Training material, including videos, are created by Sidewalk Advocates for Life.

Your benefit will be great even if you decide not to do sidewalk counseling at Planned Parenthood. All of us have opportunities to engage and respond to others on life issues. Perhaps you next opportunity will be on Independence Day with friends and relatives. Be pepared!
4. Donna Myers letter praises abortion
Here’s an Opinion Page letter to the editor from abortion supporter, Donna Myers.
The stream of letters and editorials on abortion that be again on Easter morning continues. I encourage you to send a letter response to Myers or send a letter of 100-300 words on any life-defender topic. Send to email@example.com or drop a letter off at the downtown office of the Waco Tribune-Herald. The recent controversy in the WacoTrib has been advantageous for our cause. A prime goal of Pro-Life Waco is to keep the abortion controversy alive in Central Texas and to engage that controversy in a winsome way to change hearts and minds. This is achieved with outreach such as 40 Days for Life, overpass outreach, and Love Life Chain.
Additionally, we achieve this goal on the Opinion Page of Waco Tribune-Herald. We must NEVER let the shedding of innocent blood become an accepted part of everyday life in Central Texas.
5. Love Life Chain 2-3 PM on Sunday, July 7
This is an outreach of Pro-Life Waco that has had over a 10-year run. Our public-square witness will be from 2-3 p.m. on July 7. We hold G-rated signs in the grassy area at the corner of Valley Mills Drive and Waco Drive, near Pei Wei Restaurant.
Pro-Life Waco is a local community-based organization with collaborative relationships with regional and national pro-life affiliations. Pro-Life Waco is committed to ending abortion, its damaging effects among women, and promoting chastity. For more information on Pro-Life Waco, please use this link.
