Austin Judge Lifts Texas Abortion Ban

Austin  Judge Lee Yeakel temporarily crushes Governor Abbott’s  ban of abortions during this pandemic.  Read John Pisciotta’s report below.

abortion is not healthcare

Bad news for preborn babies and moms in Texas.  Judge Lee Yeakel responded Monday afternoon to Governor Abbott’s ban on abortions during the current health crisis by issuing a “temporary restraining order” allowing the killing of babies in the womb to resume in Texas. Legislating from the bench, Yeakel claimed that the governor’s order would “cause women to suffer serious and irreparable harm.

While this decision is disheartening, it is not surprising.  The Texas abortion industry chooses Judge Yeakel as the venue for initiating court cases and he has ALWAYS handed down their desired rulings.

Attorney General Dan Patrick will issue a statement on appeal to a higher Federal Court.  Unfortunately, this will take time although. There are strategies for expediting the process.

For life-defenders in the greater Waco area, the reality is there is no illegal barrier to Nicola Louise Moore flying to Waco to kill Central Texas babies. This Wednesday Thursday and Friday were not in the PP Waco regular schedule. However, since abortions were cancelled last week, resumption tomorrow is a possibility.

Waco will again become a killing center of the American abortion holocaust. You and I must continue to shoulder this burden. This Friday, we remember in a special way the burden Jesus shouldered for you and I. We should not grasp for a comfortable Christianity.
