Peace in the Womb Christmas Caroling Observed at Warminster Planned Parenthood

Bucks County Pro-Life Coalition sponsors Peace in the Womb on Friday, December 17th. This annual event is observed nationwide.

The temperature was below freezing as faithful pro-lifers gathered on the frozen snow to sing Christmas carols. The abortion site parking lot was full while 28 pro-lifers sang Christmas hymns. As women walked into the building, sidewalk servants were trying to persuade them to choose life for their unborn babies.

As we sang the good news about the birth of Jesus, women were entering a building full of death. The atmosphere was a contradiction of both joy and sadness. This battle for life has continued since the infamous January 22, 1973 Roe v Wade Supreme Court decision. Over sixty million unborn babies have lost their lives since then. Many mothers, fathers, grandparents and siblings are missing an irreplaceable member of their family.

We must never surrender in this battle for life. Through perseverance in prayer, public witness and supporting local pregnancy care centers, the Body of Christ can overcome this evil of abortion.

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.”
Ephesians 6:10-13
