Archbishop Vigano Speaks Out Against Culture of Death in Letter to President Donald Trump

The following is from a letter written by Archbishop Carlos Vigano. Vigano broke the scandal involving Cardinal McCarrick in 2018. The letter was analyzed by Judie Brown, which has been posted to the blog.

Archbishop Carlos Maria Vigano has just released one of the most explosive and prophetic letters in a generation to President Trump!

Vigano not only mentions the impact of the “deep state” and its role in maligning and distorting Catholic teaching, but he also offers tremendous hope to faithful pro-life Catholics in America:

“It is necessary that the good, the children of light, come together and make their voices heard. What more effective way is there to do this, Mr. President, than by prayer, asking the Lord to protect you, the United States, and all of humanity from this enormous attack of the Enemy?

Before the power of prayer, the deceptions of the children of darkness will collapse, their plots will be revealed, their betrayal will be shown, their frightening power will end in nothing, brought to light and exposed for what it is: an infernal deception.”

— LifeSiteNews (07  June 2020)

Meanwhile, what is ‘Uncle Ted’ McCarrick’s hand picked successor up to?

Rather than protest the nearest Planned Parenthood, Archbishop Wilton Gregory ordered the priests and bishops of the Archdiocese of Washington to protest President Trump at a rally in Lafayette Park.

“Of the about 200 priests and nuns, dressed in clerical garb, who showed up, many carried politically charged signs. One Dominican sister held a sign reading, “I repent of my racism.” A Franciscan brother lifted a crucifix aloft, while a man walking behind him raised two messages, one reading “Trump mocks Christ,” the other saying, “Barr is complicit.”

— Washington Examiner (08  June 2020)

When was the last time you saw the likes of Archbishop Gregory or any of McCarrick’s “men” protest Planned Parenthood with this sort of energy?

Vigano is right about the enemies within.  We live in dark times.

. . . but Vigano is also right to sound the call to arms

Society either recognizes the profound, inherent, moral and equal dignity of every human person or it does not.  That was the moral leadership of Pope Saint John Paul II.

Cupich, Gregory, Dolan, Wuerl and the whole host of “men” who protected sexual predator and disgraced former Cardinal Theodore ‘Uncle Ted’ McCarrick aren’t practicing the Catholic faith — they are selling out to the highest bidder, and the babies are their victims.

You and I know this fight is coming.  In fact, it is already here.

That’s why I urgently need your support right now with a gift of $35, $50, $100 or even $250 or $500 right away.

The truth is that babies are dying, and rather than stop the killing these pro-abortion Catholic bishops would rather protest the most pro-life president we have ever had in service to a leftist political agenda.

They’ve closed our parishes.  They’ve denied faithful Catholics the sacraments. . . but they can pile in together at Lafayette Park in service to a political agenda?!   When was the last time Gregory protested an abortion center with this much energy? (HINT: the answer is never)

ENOUGH.

Vigano’s prophetic words deserve our support.   I’m going to take it right into the teeth of these whiny, spineless bishops until they DEFEND THE EUCHARIST and ENFORCE CANON LAW 915.

The Hypocrisy of Pro-Abortion Governors

It should come as no surprise that many governors who claim to be Catholic are choosing their self-interest over the faith of others.

Here is  a rundown of every so-called Catholic governor so far

Andrew Cuomo- New York

Cuomo does not need a long introduction, but God knows that he is in the state of mortal sin as he continues to murder life from womb to tomb in the Empire State. The apple didn’t fall far from the tree as his father, Mario, labeled the idea that “I’m Catholic, but” which was backfired by Cardinal John O’Connor. Who dares to play God when it comes to human life?

Gina Raimondo- Rhode Island

She sent a letter to Barth Bracy, the executive director of Rhode Island Right to Life, about keeping abortion facilities open while churches are closed during the pandemic.

Gretchen Whitmer- Michigan

Whitmer is a feminist. A tween from 2018 recently surfaced that shows her wearing a pink hat that reads, “Planned Parenthood makes America Great”. Oh, really? Then why have 61 million Americans been murdered by the largest abortion chain? She even barred purchasing American flags while allowing abortions to happen in her state. Read more here

Tom Wolf- Pennsylvania

Wolf volunteered for Planned Parenthood in his early days. He even is their best friend. Observe

tom wolf PP Escort

What is appalling is, like many of his esteemed colleagues that have turned states progressive, he deemed abortion as “essential service” while many businesses in the commonwealth are suffering. Even with a red house and senate in the Keystone State, Wolf has vetoed pro-life bills, but they will be overridden.

Ralph Northam

Dr. Ralph Northam has been the subject of many news headlines. What is so disconcerting about him is the fact that a former pediatrician who dares to play the inconsistent card when it comes to human life. One example is his viewpoint on infanticide.

Bottom line: elections have consequences and those that have refused to defend the most precious must be voted out.

Pray For The Unborn Rosary

“In 2018, over 135,000 Rosaries were registered by people living in more than 20 nations,” said Patrick Benedict, director of the Saint Michael the Archangel Organization.  “That was one of our best years with regards to participation.

“But, with hundreds of millions of Catholics throughout the world who could participate, the goal of one million Rosaries could easily be not only met but far surpassed.

“I am very much hoping persons reading this will not only register to pray at least one Rosary for an end to the killing of unborn babies, but will also let other people know about the ONE MILLION ROSARIES FOR UNBORN BABIES,” concluded Benedict.

Zoom Prayer Meeting on Good Friday

The following is from an email blast sent by Dr. Monique Ruberu

Pat and I are so proud of all of you!! You guys have continued to pray and that prayer support has allowed the few out on the front lines to be so effective…

40 days officially ended on the 4th so now we are into sidewalk servant time, but since we are unable to do our usual Good Friday closing and vigil outside of PP we thought we could possibly come together online with maybe a few people coming to us from the front lines at 12th and locust…

We can have a max of 10 people with physical distancing downtown, so if you want to go there please let me know so we can be ready for you with a mask and know where you will stand.
Pat will have a cross down there and hopes to do stations of the cross.

Please email Monique for the Zoom link at roobearoo@hotmail.com.

Evangelium Vitae- 25 years later

For most of his papacy, St. John Paul the Great emphasize the necessity for every Catholic to protect the sanctity of human life.

For him, his work that was promulgated on this day 25 years ago rings true today.

The point of the document is to reinforce church teaching on the sanctity of human life. Not only does he reinforce the teaching on abortion and contraception, but he also takes it a step further by discussing the death penalty stating that it is “unholy and unlawful”.

Another form of a murder he discusses is euthanasia “grave violation of the law of God” because it is a form of deliberate killing.

Overall, the encyclical was a pro-life manifesto. It defines what it means to be for all stages of life and how we can pick and choose which form of life we should defend.
