SEX STRIKE? MORE LIKE A RETURN TO PURE LOVE. THANKS, ABORTION ACTIVISTS

“Sexuality affects all aspects of the human person in the unity of his body and soul. It especially
concerns affectivity, the capacity to love and to procreate, and in a more general way the aptitude for
forming bonds of communion with others.
” CCC 2332

It has been one week since the Roe v Wade decision was overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court. No doubt it has sent shockwaves across the country let alone the world.

In the aftermath of the ruling, abortion activists are calling for a “Sex Strike”.

What the abortion activists are calling for is stopping the root cause of abortion. When the sexual revolution came to the scene in the 1960s, it brought about sexual promiscuity and even “no strings attached” casual hookups that left men and women feeling empty. This “no strings attached” approach left men off the hook for the possibility of being a parent. In turn, it opened the door to the root cause of abortion, the misuse of sex.

Sex is a gift from God. Its purpose is to create life between a man and a woman. Unfortunately, it has been misused for one’s gratification. It is hysterical that the pro-abortion activists want to stop hooking up with random men or women.

“It is not weakness to desire love. The weakness is when we steel for less than love.” Crystalina Evert

Let’s welcome this surprising but much-needed challenge to defeat abortion at its core root.

Chastity includes an apprenticeship in self-mastery which is training in human freedom. The
alternative is clear: either man governs his passions and finds peace, or he lets himself be dominated
by them and becomes unhappy. “Man’s dignity, therefore, requires him to act out of conscious and
free choice, as moved and drawn in a personal way from within, and not by blind impulses in himself
or by mere external constraint. Man gains such dignity when ridding himself of all slavery to the
passions, he presses forward to his goal by freely choosing what is good and, by his diligence and
skill, effectively secures for himself the means suited to this end
.” CCC 2339

Thank you, pro-abortion activists!

Corporate America and Roe V Wade

(Provided by Yale School of Management Chief Executive Leadership Institute)

In listening to CNBC financial news, I have been hearing more and more about companies that are offering travel benefits to women who opt to go to another state so that they can fulfill their abortion plans.  Also, I have heard questions posed to corporate management representatives asking why they are not joining the fray and stating their position and/or supporting employees with regard to the   recent overturn of Roe v Wade by the Supreme Court.  Pressure – whether self-imposed or by the media – is forcing corporate America to state publicly where they stand on issues such as abortion, gun control, police brutality, immigration, etc.    One of the guidelines now for selecting a financial investment is an ESG rating (Environmental, Social, Governance).  Gone are the days when we bought something or invested in something and had no idea what the CEO and Board of Directors thought.  Over the years we have probably all taken a stand on a particular company or product and boycotted purchases for a personal reason.

With this in mind, here is a snapshot of companies that currently do provide travel benefits for employees seeking abortions (or in some cases other medical treatment) not offered in their state.   This information may offer an opportunity to think twice before purchasing from these commercial icons.  I would be hypocritical to say I denounce Amazon while I use them for everything, including purchasing diapers for a local pregnancy center but I do not need to buy a SONY brand television, or visit a CVS Pharmacy or get pulled into the middle of the ferocious cyclone known as Disney.  Public and private companies can do what they want as long as their board and investors agree.  And we their customers can take the time to evaluate where best to spend our dollars as it relates to our core beliefs.

WILL THE GOD-FEARING CATHOLIC CLERGY PLEASE STAND UP? SPEAK UP

When was the last time you heard a homily that centered on why abortion, gay marriage, birth control, death penalty, unjust wars, etc are wrong?

Surprisingly, many Catholics haven’t heard it every time they attend Mass on every given Sunday. Even if the priest or bishop does, they fear facing potential backlash from someone who could walk out from a message they disagree with. Today, churches are under attack, interrupted by those who are obsessed with a series called “A Handmaid Tale”. I thought adopting an Orwellian Utopia was bad enough from 1984.

20% of Catholics attend Mass while the other 80% find lame excuses to not live out their Catholic faith. The core reason is that they refuse to acknowledge the science and humanity of the unborn child, yet they would take part in the public outcry over a police shooting without a hint of researching the facts.

Thanks to poor catechism and even understanding of church teachings two out of three Catholics got the United States into the mess we endured for nearly half a century. On top of it, the priests are frightened to share the message of truth. It needs to be done now more than ever.

The fact that four Catholics on the Supreme Court overruled Roe v Wade and Casey v Planned Parenthood that now is the time to change our culture, heal our land, and most importantly begin the real work that we’ve been training for since 1973.

A faithful Catholic can’t say that they are Catholic but… That means you are not a true Catholic. Being a faithful Catholic or Christian means you are all in to defend those who need a voice and help them in their hour of great need.

The Catholic Clergy needs to step up their game and start proclaiming the truth with charity and mercy.

Fathers, Bishops, and Cardinals, rise up! Rise up and stop fearing rejection. Jesus persevered with great faith despite being rejected by many. You can too.

ROE AND CASEY DECISIONS OVERTURNED; POST-ROE WORK HAS BEGUN

I know in the distance that 63 million unborn children denied the right to life are singing and leaping in rejoicing over the fact that Divine Providence was felt at the Supreme Court less than 50 years following the barbaric overreach through Roe V Wade. No golden jubilee for Roe come January 2023!

Today, on the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Nativity of St. John the Baptist, the Supreme Court ruled that the constitution does not guarantee abortion and Roe was unjust.

Surprisingly, the court ruling was 6-3 to overturn the original ruling from seven men (yes, men can and should have an opinion on abortion). The following ruled for the overturn Roberts, Coney-Barrett, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Alito, and Thomas. the rest of the judges ruled for the original to be upheld.

“Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives,” Alito wrote.

Now, that the overreach of abortion is back in the states, we have much work to do to build a culture of life. 24 out of 50 have already banned abortion. We must continue the work. We have the tools. It is now time to finish the job.

CALL TO ACTION

This is not the time to sit on the thumbs after the monumental victory. We must continue to defend life until everyone understands the fact that abortion is unthinkable. The pro-aborts, since the leak on May 1st, have attacked churches, declared open season on pro-lifers, and even pregnancy centers. They intend to do more regardless of today’s decision. We must double our efforts now more than ever

Here are things you can do:

  1. Continue being present in front of abortion facilities in your communities
  2. Volunteer to protect pregnancy resource centers as pro-aborts are planning to launch a summer of rage following the imminent ruling
  3. Continue to pray for the conversion of heart and healing across our land
  4. Protect your churches from potential attacks
  5. Persuade lawmakers to protect life from womb to tomb
  6. Host Holy Hour for Life at your church
  7. Brush up on apologetics

Buckle Up, ladies and gentlemen! Hang on to your valuables. The Post-Roe Ride is ready for ignition.

JUNE TO DO LIST

Happy June, Pro-lifers!

Schools will be let out soon. We will be attending family gatherings, weddings, graduations, and outings to baseball games. Even the temperatures will be cranked up.

Your pro-life conviction should not take a vacation. Instead, it should be your daily commitment to be all life 365 days a year, whether cold, heat, sleet, snow, rain, or shine.

We also will find out the ruling that can set America back to being a pro-life nation when the justices hand down their official rulings on Dobbs v Jackson.

Here is a list of things to do during June:

  1. Pray the Novena to the Sacred Heart
  2. Participate in a Corpus Christi procession at your parish. Pray the novena here.
  3. Support St. Raymond Nonnstud Foundation’s fundraiser throughout June
  4. Support pro-life businesses when shopping for gifts in the midst of weddings, graduations, birthdays, etc.
  5. Take part in the Summer of Service.
  6. Hold a baby shower for a mom who chose life for her child
  7. Pray for dads
  8. Participate in the 1st Friday and Saturday devotions
  9. Pray the rosary for an end to abortion
  10. Host a Holy Hour at your parish and offer it for the defense of life

AFTER 100 DAYS, BIDEN-HARRIS ADMINISTRATION MAKES AGENDA CLEAR; DEATH TO AMERICA’S SOUL

If you are reading this, you may have realized that it has been 100 days since a so called Catholic has taken the oath of office.

What has he accomplished you may ask? Promoting a radical death agenda for all human life. He has promoted abortion the moment he took office. He promoted transgender to participate in sports through executive order.

Look at his cabinet they all want to advance abortion on demand. Even Xavier Beccera, the Attorney General and biggest scourge of Daleiden’s undercover work.

To those who voted for this nightmare, you reap what you sow. Catholics are held accountable for voting for a so called “Catholic” who supports abortion. The clergy and laity must be more vocal in criticizing the radical administration. We cannot be passive anymore.

CALL OUT EVERY SO CALLED CATHOLIC PROMOTING IMMORALITY. Let us get behind true and authentic candidates to advance the Culture of Life.

Declining Birth Rates Linked to Secularization and Growing Hostility Toward Religion

“There is a close correlation between a fertility rate of a particular society or nation and the level of religious involvement or participation in that society.”

Brandon Showalter is a reporter for the Christian Post. His article connects the dots between the precipitous worldwide decline of birthrates, namely human secularism and hostility toward religion.

Declining fertility rates have a significant correlation with increased secularization, according to Baylor University professor Philip Jenkins.

In a Regent College (Vancouver, British Columbia) live-stream titled “Fertility and Faith: A Conversation with Philip Jenkins,” the Baylor University professor of history and co-director of the program on historical studies of religion, explained Thursday that demography derives from changes in religious belief.

Much of modern Africa tends to be devoutly religious and they also happen to have high fertility rates, Jenkins said. By contrast, the lower a population’s fertility rate the greater the likelihood it is for people to separate from faith communities and religious institutions. The fertility rate, then, serves as an insightful window into how societies around the world become more secularized.

We measure change in a society through fertility,” Jenkins said.

“There is a close correlation between a fertility rate of a particular society or nation and the level of religious involvement or participation in that society.”

Amid the relatively recent collapse in fertility rates around the world, especially in Europe, secularization is rising. Jenkins noted that if you told him the fertility rate of any given country it would be fairly easy to say whether that nation allows legal same-sex unions, surmise its attitudes toward faith and religion, and how strong its religious institutions are.

While this correlation is not brought about by simple causation, the link is nevertheless demonstrably present, he stressed.

In the 1960s, the fertility rate in Denmark began to drop below replacement level as the country became more secular. Meanwhile, in the sub-Saharan African country of Uganda, the average woman had five children and religious belief was strong. This pattern holds true across the world with a notable few that seem to buck the trend.

“You might argue that as you take children out of the picture there are far fewer links connecting families and people to institutions. … Take children out of the religious picture and see what happens,” he said.

Or, he posited, it could be the reverse. That as people become more secular in their thinking they forego the charge to “be fruitful and multiply.”

Whichever comes first, these changes are happening rapidly. In Italy, the collapse of the fertility rate and the slide toward rampant secularization has happened within a decade, he noted.

Low-fertility societies are more likely to be hostile to religion, Jenkins added. The key factor in this phenomenon is the institutions.

“Once you separate the idea of family, once you separate sexuality and reproduction, people become a lot less willing to have churches or religious institutions tell them what to do with their personal lives,” he said.

When these religiously-informed ethics break down, political campaigns subsequently arise to legalize or permit by referendums such things as abortion or euthanasia. A low-fertility, secularized society is more inhospitable to efforts of churches and religious institutions to push back, and are often prone to believing the worst charges about faith-based organizations and institutions, he explained.

Jenkins went on to describe how one of the largest shifts in consciousness in his lifetime was from the belief that there was going to be a population explosion. What happened was the reverse.

“To put it crudely, we have lost 2 billion people since then [the 1970s] from what was projected versus what we’ve actually got,” he said. “This is happening because so many people in Latin American and Asia gave up having traditional ‘third world’ population growth rates and suddenly became Danish.”

Did You Know Black Lives Matter Supports Abortion, Homosexuality, and Anti-Family Agenda?

Many are surprised to discover Black Lives Matter’s anti-family manifesto.

The Life Site News staff published an article of great importance about Black Lives Matter. Below is their shocking revelation concerning the manifesto of the founders. This report will open your eyes to the their goals and true intent.

While Black Lives Matter seems on the outside to be a social justice organization that aims to further the rights of African-Americans, many are surprised to discover that the group has an alarming pro-abortion, pro-homosexual, and anti-family agenda at the core of its mission to remake America.

In its online manifesto titled “What We Believe,” the Black Lives Matter organizers Patrisse Khan-Cullors, Alicia Garza, and Opal Tometi say they and their followers “disrupt” the “Western-prescribed” family. They also say they have freed themselves from “heteronormative thinking” and demand “reproductive justice.”

“We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and ‘villages’ that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable,” they wrote.

“We foster a queer‐affirming network. When we gather, we do so with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking, or rather, the belief that all in the world are heterosexual (unless s/he or they disclose otherwise),” they continued.

“We deserve and thus we demand reproductive justice [i.e., abortion] that gives us autonomy over our bodies and our identities while ensuring that our children and families are supported, safe, and able to thrive.”

Despite disrupting the “nuclear family,” all three founders of the Black Lives Movement were raised in intact families. Patrisse Khan-Cullors, 36, is an LGBT activist who left her married parents’ home at the age of 16 after informing them of her homosexual identity. Alicia Garza, 39, also grew up with both parents at home and is now “married” to a white female who identifies as a “transgender male.” Garza, too, considers herself an LGBT activist. Opal Tometi, 35, grew up with a Nigerian mother and father and two brothers in Arizona.

In a 2015 interview with MSNBC, Khan-Cullors stressed the “queer identity” of the Black Lives Matter founders.

“Even the hashtag [#BlackLivesMatter] was created by two black queer women, myself and Alicia, and one Nigerian-American woman, Opal Tometi,” she said.

Khan-Cullors explained that “from the beginning” it was important to the movement to address not only the “killings of young black boys,” but “all black lives,” including those of transgender people. Khan-Cullors suggested that civil rights leaders of the past have not been representative of all black people.

“The historical narrative of black people has been fighting for black cis-hetero Christian men, both their lives [and] also them being at the forefront of the conversation,” she said.

Black Lives Matter has been accused by some pundits of having hijacked George Floyd’s murder for political gains.

Ryan Bomberger, a mixed-race pro-life activist, said the Black Lives Matter organization’s focus on LGBT ideology is one of the ten reasons he will never join the movement.

“They heavily promote homosexuality and transgenderism,” Bomberger wrote on June 5 for Townhall.

“I’m not embracing confusion,” he added. “Loving every human being is not the same as loving every human doing.”

Bomberger also objected to Black Lives Matter’s refusal to address the overwhelming problem of fatherlessness in the black American community.

“They completely ignore fatherhood,” he wrote. “Every ‘village’ that has fatherless families is a village that suffers higher crime rates, higher drug usage, higher abortion rates, higher drop-out rates, higher poverty rates, and so much more. #DadsMatter.”

Bomberger also noted that the youngest black lives do not seem to matter to the authors of the Black Lives Matter manifesto.

“Aborted children don’t thrive. BLM groups announced ‘solidarity’ with ‘reproductive justice’ groups back in February 2015. You cannot simultaneously fight violence while celebrating it,” he stated.

Khan-Cullors and Garza began the “Black Lives Matter” movement after the Hispanic George Zimmerman was acquitted in 2013 of second-degree murder and manslaughter of a 17-year-old black boy named Trayvon Martin. The movement’s name is now synonymous with the protests that have swept the United States and other Western countries since convicted felon George Floyd was filmed dying under the knee of a white police officer.

Connecting the Dots: Pagan Child Sacrifice, Abortion, and the Corona Virus

molechPP Bldgabortionist

Below is the story of God’s call on a young man’s life and his promise to do all he could concerning the evil of abortion.

Before he entered seminary, Chuck Wilson was convicted by the Word of God concerning abortion. He told the Lord he would do whatever he could to speak out about the evil of abortion. He has faithfully kept that promise for over 30 years.

Pastor Chuck Wilson, a former youth pastor, was called by the Lord to plant a church in  New Hope, PA.  With much prayer and support from his wife, Kim, and a group of dedicated Christians from his former church,  they planted New Hope Community Church in 2000.

Through God’s grace and many trials, the church has become a light in the darkness.  It’s a warm and welcoming church that shares the love of Christ with everyone. New Hope Community Church has become a haven to those who are lost, lonely and hurting. Many find hope and healing when they surrender their lives to Jesus, our Savior.

Chuck and Kim are parents to 13 children.   Three years ago , they experienced the tragic loss of their son, Ryan.  Before Ryan’s death, Kim was caring for his infant daughter, Laurel.  She is now a precocious toddler and is dearly loved by Chuck, Kim and her brothers and sisters.

Chuck has spoken at various pro-life events.  Chuck, Kim and members of New Hope Community Church have participated in 40 Days for Life and other events at Warminster Planned Parenthood in Bucks County, PA.

To all who value life from conception to natural death, please take the time to listen to Pastor Chuck’s powerful message.  It will greatly encourage you to pray and continue the fight for an end to abortion in our nation. His Bible-based sermons can be heard on the church’s podcast.

Abortion Group Offers Pre-Paid Gas Cards to Women Traveling for Abortions

The pilot program is going to be run through the National Abortion Federation Hotline’s Dr. Tiller Patient Assistance Fund.

The following article by Karen Townsend of hotair.com reports on the ‘incentive’ the National Abortion Federation offers a woman to abort her unborn baby.

An abortion group has some big news for women who must travel to get an abortion – how about a pre-paid gas card to help pay for the woman’s expenses? I thought the ghoulish pursuit of abortion tourism was bold enough when I wrote about that back in June, but the trend continues.

Remember the good old days when religious leaders encouraged a culture that protected life and the most vulnerable among us? The person tasked with spearheading a program that will issue pre-paid gas cards to women burdened with traveling to deliberately end their pregnancies is … a female Episcopal priest. The Very Rev. Katherine Ragsdale is the interim president and CEO of the National Abortion Federation (NAF). The NAF is an organization of abortion providers which began in the United States and now has expanded to Canada and Australia as well as many European countries and Mexico.

The inspiration for more giveaways from pro-abortion advocates is due to the passage of pro-life legislation in several states in recent months. The motive behind the offer of free gas to travel to an abortion clinic is “to ensure that patients can obtain care quickly and with dignity”, according to the press release. “Dignity” is not a consideration offered up for the unborn life, apparently.

The pilot program is going to be run through the NAF Hotline’s Dr. Tiller Patient Assistance Fund. Dr. Tiller is an abortionist who was killed in 2009. The fund “honors the legacy” of Dr. Tiller. His legacy is that of an abortion provider, especially late-term abortion, in Witchita, Kansas.

The cost of the actual abortion procedure is only one expense women must manage when they need an abortion. Since there are a limited number of providers and states continue to impose additional restrictions, many women have to travel long distances to reach the closest provider who can help them. And this situation will only worsen as the political environment continues to become more hostile toward abortion rights.

According to a recent report by the Guttmacher Institute and Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health (ANSIRH) at the University of California, San Francisco, if Roe v. Wade were overturned or weakened, increases in travel distances would likely prevent 93,500 to 143,500 individuals from obtaining abortion care.

To help address this issue and ensure that patients can obtain care quickly and with dignity, NAF is piloting a program to give pre-paid gas cards through its Hotline’s Dr. Tiller Patient Assistance Fund. The Dr. Tiller Patient Assistance Fund primarily helps cover travel-related expenses for women seeking abortion care. This fund honors the legacy of long-time NAF member, Dr. George Tiller who was murdered by an anti-abortion extremist in 2009.
